The PF5001A/B is a highly integrated USB Power Delivery controller that supports PD3.2 Programmable Power Supply (PPS) and Adjustable Voltage Supply (AVS). MCU-based design with 16K bytes OTP enables flexible and compact PD solutions. Minimalism design is achieved by integrating all necessary functions into SOP10 package, including USB PD baseband PHY, Type C connection logic, policy manager, shunt regulator, CC/CV controller, and NMOS blocking switch driver. 
The PF5001 works with single 3.3V ~ 21V supply, covering PPS requirements. Comprehensive protections including output over-voltage, undervoltage, over-current, external and internal overtemperature protection, CC1/CC2 contamination protection.
