The PF6602A is synchronous rectification (SR) controller for Flyback converter with 120V operating voltage. PF6602A can operate at 150~400KHz and can be used in continuous current mode, discontinuous current mode or quasi resonant mode. PF6602A drives external low Rdson MOSFET to replace the traditional diode rectifier. PF6602A has self-supplying mode, without extra auxiliary winding for high-side or low-side rectification. The smart standby mode detection can achieve power saving. PF6602A also implement VD slew rate turn on control prevent false turn on during DCM and Quasi-Resonant of VD ringing. |
